These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at kala-pilates.com, our booking platform, membership services, in-studio classes, retail purchases, and all other services provided by KALA Hot Pilates Studio LLC ("KALA," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 89 Halsey St, Newark, NJ 07102. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or attending a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
KALA offers several membership and class access options including unlimited monthly memberships, class packs, drop-in visits, and private sessions. All memberships and purchases are subject to the pricing, terms, and conditions listed on our booking platform (Mariana Tek) at the time of purchase.
Founding members who sign up during the pre-launch presale period are entitled to a locked rate for the duration of their active, uninterrupted membership. This rate is non-transferable and will revert to the standard rate if the membership is cancelled and subsequently restarted.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with at least 30 days written notice sent to hello@kala-pilates.com. Class packs are non-refundable but do not expire. Drop-in and private session purchases are non-refundable. KALA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Classes must be reserved in advance through our booking platform. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes after class start time may be denied entry to ensure the integrity of the class experience. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) or no-shows may result in a forfeited class credit at KALA's discretion.
By participating in KALA classes, you acknowledge and agree that:
A digital liability waiver must be signed before your first class and is binding for all subsequent visits.
All clients are expected to treat fellow clients, instructors, and staff with respect. KALA reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership, without refund, to any individual who engages in disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior on the premises or in connection with our online platforms and community.
1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from KALA Hot Pilates Studio ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, class schedule updates, membership account alerts, promotional offers, and customer support follow-ups. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message Frequency
You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4. How to Opt Out and Get Help
You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize KALA to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on the billing cycle associated with your membership or purchase. Monthly memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate. Failed payments may result in suspension of your membership access.
All content on kala-pilates.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the KALA brand identity, is the exclusive property of KALA Hot Pilates Studio LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website or brand without our prior written consent.
